Self Help
I am here to help, but my time is necessarily limited, and I must charge. Self help is quite appropriate for many people in many situations.
These self help pages set out to assist with several common problems. Each page sets out
To help you identify whether you have the problem at issue.
Identify what you might do by way of self help, and
Set out where you might receive further assistance.
Recognise that we rarely display only one set of symptoms, but needing help from more than one page does not make it worse.

You know already the absolute basics. Whatever your problem there are some very simple things you should consider first:
Exercise. Take a good walk every day.
Sleep. Just get enough.
Diet. Sensible portions of sensible foods.
Of course these are not always possible for many reasons. We get out of balance. Sometimes for things which seem to overwhelm us; sometimes we just do not know why things have got out of balance. The little things you can do properly, do properly, and move on from there bit by bit.
